I believe we have all been victims of a big food & big pharma narrative that has kept us sick for decades. It’s rare to find someone today that isn’t chronically ill with some type of inflammatory illness or condition. Personally, I spent years wondering why I had so many unexplainable symptoms and odd ailments that doctors were unable to confidently diagnose. Years of discouragement moved me to take matters into my own hands. Little by little, I discovered how inundated we are with environmental toxins and poisonous food. Over time, it became clear that feeling better requires clean living on all fronts. And it’s a lot of hard work. I started making small changes that had big impacts. I have managed my own chronic auto immune conditions for over a decade now, with great success. A recent double cancer diagnosis initiated a more fervent approach and brought me an abundance of insight and additional knowledge about the metabolic processes that orchestrate our overall health and well being.

I have a background as a medical assistant, office administrator for a cancer rehab/lymphedema clinic and behavioral health clinician support practice. I studied the science of cannabis for medical use and obtained my certification as a CBD/cannabis coach in 2021. I possess a passion to help others learn how to incorporate alternative holistic practices into their own lives safely and responsibly; advocate for themselves when it comes to their personal health; and to bridge the gap in healthcare, where it is most needed. I consider myself a devoted healer, confidant and nurturer. I have equipped myself with knowledge from vetted resources, a plethora of books, coursework and years of applied practices. This has empowered me to empower YOU.
