Your Coach

I started my coaching method with one goal in mind: to help people dispel the myths, de-stigmatize and educate on responsible, alternative wellness practices using Cannabis medicinally, including Hemp derived cannabinoids. I have a background as a Medical Assistant, office administrator for a Cancer Rehab/Lymphedema clinic and blessed that my path lead me to a current career supporting Behavioral Health Clinicians. I have managed my own chronic auto immune conditions successfully, with Cannabis (CBD especially) for over a decade. I have 30+ years of experience with Cannabis and a devotion to helping others learn and incorporate these alternative options into their own lives safely, to advocate for themselves when it comes to their wellness practices and to bridge the gap in healthcare, where it is most needed. As a 3rd generation intuitive, empath, mother and caregiver, I am a devoted healer, confidant and nurturer. I have equipped myself with a formal education on Cannabis as medicine, which I have coupled with my life experiences. This has empowered me to empower YOU. I believe I am here for one reason: this is my calling.
